Making a purchase

Customers are encouraged to purchase online via our fully encrypted and most up to date secure server.

Delivery

• In most cases we will attempt to dispatch within 48 hours after the receipt of payment.
• If urgent customers can informs us by telephone or separate email.
  We will always endeavour to satisfy requirements.
• We highly recommend shipping by FedEx which we could offer to very reasonable rates.

Postage

• All items are posted by Swiss Post (recorded) and air mail delivery in large envelopes to protect your item and Certificate of Authenticity. Depending on size and weight price ranges from 4 Euro to 30 Euros special delivery over 2kg. There is a standard charge placed on the website; this will be adjusted at source if incorrect. You can contact us if you wish to be sure of postage costs.
• International Postage
  All items are posted by Swiss Post or German post (below a value of 300 Euro) or FedEx  and are fully insured. This service takes usually 2-3 days to Europe and 6 to 10 days to USA and Canada.

Framed items

• Framed items are particular safely packed to avoid potential damage. Please request the shipping fees before you purchase. 
• If you request an item out of frame please understand that we could not be taken responsible for any damage caused by the previous and maybe unprofessional matting of the previous owner.

Exchange Rate

Exchange rates will be uptated daily by the automatic system. Exchange rates may vary slightly accordingly at the day of purchase particular at an Ebay purchase.

Combined shipping

Purchases with Bärbel’s bargain autograph store could be send by combined shipping - we could also put items on hold for you to safe shipping costs.
