Secretarial signatures by mail from ca. 1991-1995
These autographs are probably done by his wife Felicia Farr (suggested by M.Johnson/Autograph Research Issue no.96 September 1996). At least, Lemmon and Farr have a very similar handwriting.

And here are some examples from Jack Lemmon obtained In Person in the 1990's

from "The Book of World Signatures" published 1997
on all genuine signatures the "e" in Lemmon starts backwards and looks like a heart.
